Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in banquet setup or hospitality preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and carry up to 100 lbs, and stand/move furniture for extended periods.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms and event spaces according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Ensure all event areas are clean and properly arranged before guest arrival.
• Assist in placement of staging, dance floors, podiums, and A/V equipment as needed.
• Break down and reset banquet rooms after events and store equipment.
• Collaborate with banquet and catering teams for last-minute changes or requests.
• Perform quality checks on tables, chairs, and furnishings.
• Support banquet servers and bartenders by replenishing supplies and aiding event flow.
• Follow safety guidelines when moving and handling equipment.
• Maintain orderly storage areas for event supplies.
• Provide friendly, professional service to guests or event planners.
