Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking an on-call Banquet Setup staff to prepare event spaces according to client specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and décor.

You will follow floor plans, lift and move equipment safely, break down spaces after events, and work with teams across departments to ensure timely, high-quality setups.

• Set up banquet rooms according to event orders and floor plans
• Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and place settings
• Break down event spaces and return equipment to storage
• Move and position furniture, staging, and equipment safely
• Ensure rooms are clean, organized, and presentation-ready
• Assist with décor setup, including centerpieces and displays
• Follow supervisor instructions and event timelines
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments
• Maintain proper handling and care of equipment and supplies
• Provide quick adjustments during events as needed
