Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Set-Up Associate to help ensure the success of events by preparing and maintaining banquet spaces. In our fast-paced environment, your eye for detail, flexibility, and commitment to guest satisfaction will help create memorable experiences.

• Ensure supplies are available and equipment is properly set up and functioning.
• Track event supplies and equipment, store furnishings when not in use, and report repairs promptly.

• Set up and break down event space according to Banquet Event Orders
• Ensure guest needs are attended to throughout events
• Maintain public spaces during events for consistent clean presentation
• Ensure supplies are available and equipment is properly set up and functioning
• Track event supplies and equipment, carefully store furnishings when not in use, and promptly report repair or maintenance needs
