Concord Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Set-Up Associate to prepare and maintain banquet spaces for events. In a fast-paced environment, your eye for detail, flexibility, and guest-focused service help create memorable experiences.

No experience is required—just a passion for service and teamwork. You will set up and break down event spaces, ensure supplies and equipment are ready, and assist guests throughout events. Concord offers competitive wages and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to perform continuous movement and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility with scheduling to align with hotel event needs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event space according to Banquet Event Orders
• Ensure guest needs are attended to throughout events
• Ensure supplies are available and equipment is properly set up and functioning
• Track event supplies and equipment, carefully store furnishings when not in use, and promptly report repair or maintenance needs

Qualifications

• Full mobility and ability to perform continuous movement
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently (moving furniture, equipment, staging, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Flexibility with scheduling to align with hotel event needs
