Responsibilities

• Cleans function rooms prior to set-up.
• Sets equipment to daily work sheet specifications.
• Provides required amenities as per resort standards.
• Refreshes meeting rooms during breaks.
• Breaks down meeting rooms after functions.
• Completes special projects as directed by management.
• Moves conference materials from docks to guest areas and suites.
• Cares for equipment and accommodates special requests.
• Follows Banquet Event Orders (BEO).
• Installs/removes air walls when applicable.
