The role requires strong teamwork, reliability, and physical stamina, with the ability to lift 50 pounds and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to meet deadlines for setup timelines.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Prior customer service training is a plus.
• Team-oriented environment experience preferred.
• Ability to move and maneuver in a banquet setting, lift 50 pounds.
• Physical movement for extended periods is required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans function rooms prior to set-up.
• Sets equipment to daily work sheet specifications.
• Provides required amenities per resort standards.
• Refreshes meeting rooms during meals and breaks.
• Breaks down meeting rooms after functions.
• Completes special projects as directed by management.
• Moves conference materials between docks, registration areas, guest rooms, or suites.
• Cares for equipment and hangs banners for events as needed.
• Follows Banquet Event Orders (BEO) and sets up air walls when applicable.
• Performs other reasonable requests by management.
