Bass Pro Shops at Big Cedar Lodge is seeking a banquet setup and service associate responsible for setting up, maintaining, and tearing down banquet functions in line with venue standards and guest requests. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction, teamwork, adherence to safety and liquor regulations, and reliable performance across function spaces and equipment.

A strong work ethic, ability to lift heavy loads, and flexible hours including evenings and weekends are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess Missouri class E or Arkansas P driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb regularly and up to 100 lb occasionally.
• Ability to read safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Properly sets up, maintains and tears down banquet functions.
• Maintains a clean, neat appearance, adheres to uniform specifications and reports to work for scheduled shifts.
• Responsible for maintaining a high degree of cleanliness throughout function space, storage areas and vehicles.
• Keep all equipment clean and in good working condition.
• Follows mandatory service requirements as described by the manual.
• Adheres to all resort and company policies, rules and regulations.
• Reports repairs or safety issues.
• Takes the initiative to greet all guests and fellow associates.
• Facilitate all guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Complies with state liquor laws and health regulations.
• Will perform other duties as required.
