Job summary

The Bass Pro Shops at Big Cedar Lodge is seeking a server assistant to support servers and maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment in Ridgedale, MO. You will help with table setup, clearing and resetting tables, refill beverages, and deliver food orders with attention to presentation.

We seek reliable team players who work well in fast-paced settings, communicate clearly, and take pride in cleanliness. Prior experience is not required; a positive attitude and strong work ethic matter most.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0 years of experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure dining areas are clean, stocked, and well maintained before, during and after services.
• Uphold health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain a smooth flow of service by clearing, cleaning and resetting tables efficiently.
• Deliver food orders promptly and accurately with proper presentation.
• Communicate effectively to ensure timely, accurate service.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
