Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a banquet team member to ensure proper setup and teardown of meeting and banquet facilities in line with Big Cedar Lodge standards and guest requests.

Key duties include maintaining cleanliness, greeting guests, and assisting with guest requests while upholding safety and company policies. Candidates must be 18+ and hold a valid Missouri Class E or Arkansas P driver’s license. This role offers full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to qualify for this position.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Responsibilities

• Properly sets up, maintains and tears down banquet functions.
• Maintains a clean, neat appearance, adheres to uniform specifications and reports to work for scheduled shifts.
• Responsible for maintaining a high degree of cleanliness throughout function space, storage areas and vehicles.
• Keep all equipment clean and in good working condition.
• Follows mandatory service requirements as described by the manual.
• Adheres to all resort and company policies, rules and regulations.
• Reports repairs or safety issues.
• Takes the initiative to greet all guests and fellow associates.
• Facilitate all guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Complies with state liquor laws and health regulations.
• Will perform other duties as required.
