Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly manner.
• Assist banquet function setup including tables, chairs, and linens.
• Follow scheduled shifts, breaks, and lunch requirements.
• Report light outages or equipment issues to the manager.
• Help guests with special requests and provide hotel knowledge.
• Use technology proficiently to support operations.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and a positive attitude.
• Remain professional when interacting with guests and staff.
