Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a motivated Banquet Set-Up/Breakdown Attendant for Arlo Wynwood in Miami. You will set up banquet rooms per event orders, tear down spaces after events, and maintain a high standard of guest service throughout functions.

You will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, coordinating with culinary and stewarding teams, moving equipment, and refreshing spaces during breaks. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct the setup and preparation of banquet rooms per event order.
• Clear and tear down banquet spaces at function end.
• Directly assist with moving conference materials and refresh rooms during breaks.
• Maintain clean meeting spaces and restock supplies as needed.
• Resolve guest issues and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.
• Collaborate with culinary and stewarding staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor function timelines and coordinate with departments to support events.
