Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated Banquet Server for Arlo Wynwood in Miami. You’ll help set up banquet spaces, serve and bus tables, and assist with tear-down, ensuring seamless event execution and guest satisfaction.

The role requires 2–4 years of food service experience, preferably in banquet environments, with knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits. You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-service hotel setting and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food service experience, preferably banquet service.
• Experience in a 4-star or 5-star venue with synchronized service.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up for functions, include draping tables, setting silverware, and arranging centerpieces.
• Serve and bus tables, carry trays to function location, and clear tables.
• Break down and clean back hall, organize storerooms, and ensure safety.
• Assist with event room setup and beverage preparation, including condiments and stock checks.
• Provide warm, sincere welcome and assist other staff as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
