Arlo Wynwood, a Pyramid Global Hospitality property in Miami's Wynwood district, offers 217 guest rooms and 14,000 sq ft of meeting space. The Banquet Set-Up/Breakdown Attendant supports banquet events by prepping rooms, arranging equipment, and ensuring smooth transitions between functions.

You will work in a fast-paced team environment, deliver attentive guest service, clear setups after events, and collaborate with culinary and stewarding staff to create memorable experiences for attendees.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and flexible scheduling.

• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble and arrange conference equipment per event orders.
• Clean and refresh classrooms, ballrooms, and meeting spaces.
• Move materials between docks, registration, and rooms.
• Bus tables and reset them for next functions.
• Resolve guests' issues to enhance the experience.
• Maintain positive relations with kitchen and stewarding teams.
• Monitor ongoing events and support operations.
