You will work in a fast-paced team environment, deliver attentive guest service, clear setups after events, and collaborate with culinary and stewarding staff to create memorable experiences for attendees.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and arrange conference equipment per event orders.
• Clean and refresh classrooms, ballrooms, and meeting spaces.
• Move materials between docks, registration, and rooms.
• Bus tables and reset them for next functions.
• Resolve guests' issues to enhance the experience.
• Maintain positive relations with kitchen and stewarding teams.
• Monitor ongoing events and support operations.

This individual will help to direct the set up and preparation of banquet rooms for banquet functions, as well as clear and tear down banquet rooms at the end of the function.If you have experience with setting up banquet events, enjoy making meaningful connections, figuring out what it takes and stepping it up to win the day is what you do, and you love it, we want you!
