Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Strong problem-solving mindset to create exceptional guest experiences.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and being on feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Direct and arrange conference equipment in rooms per event order and standards.
• Clean and restock meeting spaces; remove trash after functions.
• Refresh meeting rooms during breaks and assist with setup/teardown of events.
• Move convention materials between docks, registration areas, guest rooms or suites.
• Bus tables and reset them; maintain positive liaison with culinary and stewarding staff.
• Ensure awareness of all functions and meetings happening at any time.
