Job summary

Rosen Centre | Banquets in Orlando, FL is seeking a Banquet Set-Up Supervisor to oversee setup and breakdown of meeting rooms, banquet spaces, and event venues for conventions and special events. You will ensure layouts and equipment meet BEOs and client specs while guiding the banquet setup team to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires 1+ year banquet setup experience, the ability to read BEOs and floor plans, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of banquet set-up experience.
• Experience interpreting BEOs, room layouts, and setup diagrams to prepare spaces according to client/operational requirements.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily work and event setup schedules to banquet team members.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Supervise and coach banquet setup associates.
• Monitor inventory of banquet equipment and supplies; assist with ordering.
