Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Set-Up Attendant for Naples Grande Beach Resort. You will direct setup and tear-down of banquet rooms for events, ensuring space is prepared to standard and aligned with event orders.

You will also help with daily cleaning, restocking, and maintaining meeting spaces, while delivering exceptional guest experiences and collaborating with culinary and stewarding teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Ability to follow instructions (verbal and written)
• Highly detail oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills

• Flexible schedule incl. evenings, weekends, holidays
• Problem solver with guest focus
• Comfortable on feet for long shifts and able to lift 25–50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare banquet rooms per event order and standard.
• Daily cleaning of classrooms, ballrooms, and team rooms; restock supplies.
• Refresh meeting rooms during breaks and tear down after events.
• Move convention materials between docks, registration areas, and guest rooms.
• Bus tables and re-set banquet spaces as needed.
• Address guest issues to create a positive guest experience.
• Maintain positive relations with culinary and stewarding staff.
• Monitor functions and events across the venue.
• Complete special projects as directed by management
