Naples Hotel Group is seeking a Banquet Houseperson to provide exceptional food and beverage service for banquet and catering events, including weddings and meetings. You will set up spaces, assist with service, and coordinate with kitchen and bars to ensure guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have experience in banquet service, excellent communication, and a professional appearance. This is a full-time role with diverse shifts, including evenings and weekends, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Prior experience in banquet service, food and beverage, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with guests and staff.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions and event standards.

Responsabilités

• Review Banquet Event Orders to prepare, set up, and break down spaces and service stations.
• Set up tables, linens, place settings, buffet stations, coffee breaks, and beverage areas per specifications.
• Promptly clear dishes, glassware, and utensils and maintain cleanliness during service.
• Transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing area and assist with breakdown procedures.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff regarding guest needs and requests.
• Monitor guest comfort and respond to questions or concerns in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with Banquets, Housekeeping, Engineering to resolve issues and support events.
• Follow safety policies; report accidents and complete trainings; maintain professional appearance.
• Perform additional duties to support successful banquet execution.
