Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Set-Up Attendant at Naples Grande Beach Resort in Naples, FL. You will assemble and arrange conference equipment per event orders and maintain room setups to standard.

This role requires energetic, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Responsibilities include cleaning meeting spaces, restocking supplies, moving materials, and assisting the events team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain clean, organized banquet spaces.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, teamwork-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and arrange conference equipment in conference rooms per event order and to standard.
• Daily cleaning of classrooms, ballrooms and team rooms and restocking meeting room supplies.
• Refresh meeting rooms during meal and coffee breaks.
• Move convention materials, boxes, programs, and set up as needed.
• Bus tables and reset them as required.
• Resolve guests' issues and contribute to an exceptional experience.
