Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Supervisor for Naples Grande Beach Resort. You will lead setup and execution of banquet events, supervise hourly banquet staff, and ensure high service standards are met throughout functions.

The role requires 2–4 years of food service experience, preferably in banquet settings, and a strong knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits. You will coordinate room setups, guest service, and safety while driving guest satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food service experience, preferably banquet service
• Experience in a 4-star/5-star venue with synchronized service
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Set up for functions including draping tables, silverware, napkins, centerpieces, and drinks
• Serve and bus tables, carry trays, and clear and reset banquet rooms during events
• Break down and clean up banquet spaces and back hall areas
• Assist with event room setup and stock supplies
• Coordinate food and beverage service to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue
• Monitor guest needs, address issues promptly, and ensure final quality checks on items served
