Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated Banquet Supervisor to join Naples Grande Beach Resort. You will direct setup and preparation of banquet rooms, service tables, and teardown, while leading hourly staff and representing the property to guests.

The role requires 2–4 years of food service experience, preferably in banquet settings, with knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits. Join a world-class property and help deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of food service experience, preferably Banquet service.
• Experience leading high-volume banquet events is desirable.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and spirits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct the set up and preparation of banquet rooms for events.
• Serve and buss tables, clear and tear down banquet spaces after events.
• Lead hourly banquet servers and housemen; be the property’s representative at events.
• Coordinate room setup and food/beverage service to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness; assist with back-of-house organization and event room setup.
