Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a hotel banquet houseperson to ensure function rooms meet guest expectations and Omni standards. Responsibilities include pre-setup cleaning, room setup, stocking, amenities provisioning, and post-function teardown.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of banquet experience in upscale hotels, exceptional guest service, and a flexible schedule that includes weekends and evenings. Strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Formación

• 2+ years banquet experience in a high-volume, upscale hotel preferred.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare function rooms before setup.
• Set up, stock, and maintain meeting rooms per BEO standards.
• Provide amenities as required by banquet standards.
• Refresh rooms during breaks and after functions.
• Break down rooms promptly after events.
• Handle miscellaneous departmental tasks and special projects.
• Move banquet materials and assist with setup and cleanup.
• Ensure cleanliness of storage and back-of-house areas.
• Adhere to safety trainings and hotel policies.
