Job summary

McKibbon Hospitality is hiring a Banquet Server to prepare and service coffee breaks, carts, tables, and stations for events. You will communicate dietary needs to the kitchen, replenish buffets, and ensure tables are clean and presentable while maintaining guest satisfaction.

You will lift and move trays up to 30 lbs, work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, and support the Banquet Captain in event setup, service, and breakdown.

Qualifications

• Experience in banquet or catering service is preferred.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables, stations, buffets, and service carts with food and beverages.
• Communicate dietary needs and special requests to kitchen staff.
• Ensure courses are cleared and tables cleaned between courses.
• Replenish buffet items and maintain attractive, sanitary display areas.
• Assist with event setup, service, and breakdown as directed by Banquet Captain.
