Job summary

Hirebridge LLC is seeking a Banquet Server to set up and serve food and beverages for events, replenish buffet, and maintain a clean, organized banquet space while assisting guests and internal/external customers with meeting needs.

This role requires long hours including nights and weekends, with the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and adherence to DHM standards. Starting pay is $15 per hour, with opportunities to grow within hotel operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.
• Alcohol awareness certification or food service permit as required by local/state government.
• Must meet local legal age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Bi-lingual.

Responsibilities

• Approach guests with a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
• Serve menu items promptly according to the banquet event order.
• Set up, refresh, and tear down banquet spaces and related equipment.
• Respond to guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure proper cash handling where applicable.
