Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet room with linen, service ware and glassware.
• Attend roll call meetings to learn function details.
• Greet guests and respond to requests.
• Serve food/beverage and remove dishes as courses complete.
• Reset banquet room after function according to supervisor.
• Comply with alcohol serving requirements (state, federal, and corporate).
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
