Responsibilities

• Attend roll call meetings for function details and guest expectations.
• Greet guests and respond to requests courteously.
• Serve food/beverages and remove dishes promptly after courses.
• Follow laws on serving alcohol and monitor guest satisfaction.
• Replenish beverages and ensure room reset for next function.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
