Job Responsibilities

1. Interpret Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and follow instructions from Banquets Manager and/or Captain.
2. Set up banquet rooms as instructed, including table and chair placement, linens, service ware, and glassware.
3. Prepare for functions, including table settings, condiments, and beverages.
4. Greet guests and respond courteously to requests.
5. Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction.
6. Perform cleaning tasks adhering to health standards.
7. Participate in pre- and post-meal briefings.
8. Serve food and beverages according to the Banquet Captain’s standards.
9. Bus dishes and reset the banquet room after events.
10. Prepare for future events as directed.

Minimum Requirements

• Excellent communication, guest service, and time management skills.
• Ability to organize, plan, and manage workload effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment.
• Positive, professional attitude with a desire to deliver outstanding service.
• Dependability and energy.
• Previous serving experience preferred, but not required.
• Bartending and Audio Visual experience beneficial.
• Flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing and walking, frequent bending, squatting, handling, and grasping.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs, push and pull an average of 97 lbs.
• Must pass a physical exam prior to employment.

Work Environment

• Indoor, fast-paced environment.
