As a Banquet Server, you will assist in event preparation, serve food and beverages, and handle setup, upkeep, and cleanup functions.

Essential Functions

1. Serve food and beverages and set up/break down banquet rooms as per contract and manager's instructions.
2. Prepare work areas before functions.
3. Handle guest requests and communicate with management.
4. Maintain cleanliness and manage inventory.
5. Uphold high standards of quality and service.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Prior restaurant and/or banquet serving experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of table settings and food and beverage standards.
• Professional appearance and courteous manner.
• Ability to understand English instructions and respond to guest requests.
