Oahu Country Club in Honolulu is hiring experienced Casual/On-Call Banquet Servers. This role is hands-on, requires excellent guest service, and involves delivering an unforgettable dining experience to members and guests.

You will work on the floor, coordinate with bar, kitchen, and service teams, maintain a warm demeanor, and uphold club standards. Local candidates and in-person interview availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Casual/On-Call banquet server experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Easily accessible to Club Members daily.
• Maintain a warm, friendly demeanor with members, guests and employees.
• Appreciate and work well in a multi-cultural workplace.
• Maintain regular attendance and be visible to operations and members.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and wear proper work attire and name tag.
• Communicate effectively with bar, kitchen, and service teams.
• Comply with Oahu Country Club standards and safety rules.
• Uphold all club service standards and avoid shortcuts.
• Learn member rules managed by F&B team, including liquor regulations.
• Understand service area and ensure services are executed at expected levels.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of the bar and surrounding area.
