Job summary

Oahu Country Club in Honolulu is seeking part-time Banquet Servers to deliver an outstanding dining experience to members and guests. This is a hands-on role with significant time on the floor, coordinating with bar and kitchen teams to ensure timely, accurate service.

The position requires a warm, outgoing personality and strong knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards. Local candidates preferred and in-person interviews are required.

Responsibilities

• Easily accessible to Club Members on daily basis.
• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times with members, guests and employees.
• Communicate effectively with all departments of the Club – golf pro shop, facilities, grounds.
• Maintain regular attendance and monitor member satisfaction.
• Maintain neat appearance and wear proper work attire and name tag.
• Ensure compliance with Club standards and liquor regulations.
