HHM Hotels in Frederick, MD is seeking a reliable Banquet Server to assist with event setup and attentive service during banquets and functions.

You will work with the Food & Beverage team to ensure guests receive timely, courteous service, adhere to safety standards, and maintain high presentation throughout events.

Flexibility to work holidays and weekends and a high school diploma or equivalent are required; food service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Food service experience preferred.
• Ability to remember and recite menu items.

Responsabilités

• Set up banquet rooms as instructed by supervisor.
• Attend roll call meetings before events to learn function specifics and guest expectations.
• Serve food and beverages in order and to supervisor's standards.
• Replenish beverages as necessary and check guest satisfaction.
• Promptly clear dishes as courses finish and during meals.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints.
• Abide by all state, federal and corporate rules for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Practice safe work habits and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
