HHM Hotels is seeking an Evening Banquet Server to set up banquet rooms and provide attentive service for events. You will work in alignment with guest expectations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to sustainability standards.

Responsibilities include pre-event setup, serving courses, replenishing beverages, handling guest requests, and maintaining safety protocols. Previous food service experience is a plus and willingness to work varied schedules is required.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Food service experience a plus.
• Ability to remember and recite menu items.

Mansioni

• Set up banquet rooms as instructed by supervisor.
• Attend roll call meetings before events to learn function specifics and guest expectations.
• Serve food and/or beverages in the order and to supervisor expectations to ensure consistency.
• Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for satisfaction.
• Promptly remove dishes as guests complete each course or meal.
• Address guest requests and resolve guest complaints.
• Comply with all state, federal and corporate requirements for serving alcohol.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required protective equipment; perform other duties as requested.
