Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in serving food and beverages.
• Read and execute banquet event orders accurately.
• Set up, clean, and maintain banquet spaces efficiently.
• Communicate guest requests or issues promptly to management.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Ensure proper setup and turnover of tables and banquet rooms.
• Have knowledge of menus and beverages to assist guests effectively.
• Perform side work and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in hospitality, especially banquets or catering, preferred.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to pass background checks and health requirements.
• Current Oregon Food Handler’s and OLCC permits or ability to obtain them.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.

Physical and Working Conditions

• Stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Work indoors and outdoors, lifting up to 50 pounds, with assistance for heavier loads.
• Work during high noise levels and in a smoke-free environment.
