Qualifications

• Two to four years of food service experience.
• Experience in a 4- or 5-star venue with synchronized service.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms for functions and prepare dining setups.
• Serve, bus, and clear tables during functions.
• Assist in room teardown and back-of-house organization.
• Provide warm welcome and respond to guest requests.
• Maintain safety and sanitation in service areas.
