Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Banquet Server for our Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort in Naples, FL. You will set up banquet spaces, serve and clear tables, and assist with event operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of food service, prefer banquet service, and can work in a fast-paced, high-quality venue with knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits. Excellent communication and guest-service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food service experience, preferably Banquet service.
• Experience in a 4- or 5-star venue with synchronized service.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms for functions, including draping, silverware, napkins, and centerpieces.
• Serve and bus tables, clear dishes, and tear down banquet spaces.
• Assist with event room setup according to meal periods and table needs.
• Prepare condiments, brew coffee, and stock workstations.
• Serve food and beverages and remove dishes to the kitchen.
• Clean and sanitize tables and seats after guests finish.
• Explain menu items, preparation methods, and ingredients.
• Address guest dietary restrictions and special requests.
• Provide warm, sincere greetings and farewells.
• Maintain safety, report hazards, and assist other staff.
