Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Know the menu for each function served and be able to explain major ingredients and preparation methods.
• Know and use suggestive selling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Set up assigned banquet spaces according to the BEO and Francis Marion standards.
• Arrive on time in proper uniform and check in with Captain or Manager for briefing.
• Maintain a clean, organized wait station and restock supplies as needed.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally following service guidelines.
• Serve plated meals, beverages and buffets promptly and courteously with proper portion control.
