• Set up banquet and event spaces according to event plans and standards.
• Provide warm, professional food and beverage service during weddings, meetings, and events.
• Learn event details and service expectations to guide guest experience confidently.
• Serve plated meals, buffets, receptions, and beverage service with precise timing.
• Coordinate with Banquet Captains, culinary teams, bartenders, and servers to run events smoothly.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond quickly to requests, and handle changes professionally.
• Assist with breakdown, resetting, and maintaining clean event spaces.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
