Job summary

Charleston Harbor Resort & Marina is seeking a Banquet House Person to set up, tear down, and clean meeting spaces according to BEOs and diagrams. You will work closely with management and event staff to ensure flawless execution of each event.

The ideal candidate will read event orders, understand setup diagrams, and maintain a clean, presentable banquet area at all times, with reliability and a willingness to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Read and understand the Banquet Event Order (BEO).
• Set up meeting spaces exactly per BEO/diagram or as instructed by management.
• Communicate with management and team members to ensure accurate setup.
• Ensure all banquet areas are clean and presentable at all times.
