Job summary

The Lodge at Whitefish Lake is seeking Banquet Servers to join our food and beverage team. You will serve with elegance and excellence at a premier lakefront resort, earning $25 hourly.

This role supports banquet events, ceremonies, and functions with a focus on outstanding guest experiences. Responsibilities include setting up, serving, and breaking down banquet spaces, maintaining decor, and ensuring safety and quality in service.

Qualifications

• Great customer service skills.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Must be a team player.
• Willing to be flexible with scheduling and times scheduled based on event orders and needs of guests.

Responsibilities

• Set up, serve, maintain, and break down banquet rooms.
• Carry large and heavy trays on a continuous basis.
• Follow banquet event orders.
• Ensure all equipment and decor are in good condition and report issues.
• Provide a professional image through appearance and dress.
