The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, a premier Averill Hospitality resort, seeks Banquet Housepersons to join the food and beverage team. The role includes setting up, serving, and cleaning banquet spaces, with a fast pace and constant guest interaction.

• Ability to follow directions from banquet event orders.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of banquet rooms, hallways, storage and service areas.
• Set up, serve, maintain and break down banquet rooms.
• Carry large and heavy trays; provide professional image at all times.
