Job summary

The Lodge at Whitefish Lake is seeking Banquet Bartenders to join our food and beverage team on a full‑time basis. This lakefront, AAA Four Diamond resort offers competitive pay at $25 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package that includes special property room discounts and spa, restaurant, and retail perks.

You will be responsible for serving with elegance, setting up and cleaning banquet bars, and delivering exceptional beverage service to guests in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of high‑level banquet experience.
• Must obtain TIPS certification.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Strong knowledge of Montana liquor policies.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Sets up and cleans banquet bars.
• Greets guests and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Collects payments and maintains supplies.
• Adheres to safety and security of equipment.
• Maintains professional appearance and service pace.
