Job summary

The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, part of Averill Hospitality, is seeking Banquet Servers to join our food and beverage team at a premier lakefront resort in Whitefish, MT. Earn $25 hourly with full-time seasonal opportunities and enjoy company discounts on Averill properties.

As a Banquet Server you will help in serving, setting up, and cleaning up functions, while delivering elegant and attentive service in a fast-paced yet refined environment that overlooks Whitefish Lake and surrounding mountains.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and guest-focused approach.
• Attention to detail and strong organization.
• Team oriented with good communication skills.
• Desire to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to build relationships and handle issues professionally.
• Must be 18+ with knowledge of alcohol laws in Montana.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed guest expectations during events and functions.
• Assist in serving, setup, and clean-up of banquet spaces.
• Set up event spaces with correct tables, ware, and garnishes.
• Carry large trays and move efficiently throughout shifts.
• Maintain equipment and decor in good condition and report issues.
• Respond promptly to guest or management requests.
• Follow health, safety, and hotel policies for banquets.
• Provide professional image through appearance and conduct.
