The Lodge at Whitefish Lake is seeking Banquet Bartenders to join our food and beverage team on a full‑time basis. This lakefront, AAA Four Diamond resort offers competitive pay at $25 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package that includes special property room discounts and spa, restaurant, and retail perks.

You will be responsible for serving with elegance, setting up and cleaning banquet bars, and delivering exceptional beverage service to guests in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of high‑level banquet experience.
• Must obtain TIPS certification.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Strong knowledge of Montana liquor policies.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, one of Montana's AAA Four Diamond resorts, is seeking Banquet Bartenders to work with our food and beverage team. $25 Hourly. As our Banquet Bartender, you will serve with eleganceand excellence! Our lakefront resort is a refined, 4-star low-lit lodgeoverlooking surrounding mountains and Whitefish Lake. PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND POSITION PURPOSE:

As a Banquet Servers, you’re responsible primarily for serving, setting up, andclean-up of all banquet bar functions. Expected to provide exceptional beverageservice to all guests. Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks toguests of service bar, following standard recipes and the Company's and MT.alcoholic beverage policies; and is attentive to guests, making them feelwelcome, always. This is a fast-paced position that will involve constantcustomer interaction.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Mixesand serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according tohotel specifications courteously and efficiently.
• Collectpayments.
• Greetingsguests entering and exiting in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Followsup to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintainssupplies neatly and organized to department standards.
• Maintainssecurity of equipment, keys, and supplies issued each day.
• Reportingmissing articles, damage or mechanical problems in the restaurant/loungearea and equipment.
• Alwaysprovides a professional image through appearance and dress.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Requiresstanding/walking/bending throughout shift.
• Greatcustomer service skills.
• Ableto work all shifts and flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Minimumof 21 years of age.
• Strongknowledge and enforcement of company liquor policies and Montana laws.
• Excellentcommunication skills and an eye for detail and the ability to multi-task.
• Abilityto lift to 100 pounds.

EXPERIENCE/ LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES

• 2+years at a high level, quality establishment.
• Willobtain proper TIPS training to serve alcoholic beverages.

In addition to performance of the essential functions,this position may be required to perform a combination of supportive functions.Employees may be required to perform other and additional duties assigned bytheir supervisor.
