Job summary

Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa in Richmond, VA is seeking a Banquet Server to ensure guests receive the highest quality of service in our Food & Beverage outlets. The role requires setting up banquet rooms, assisting with events, and delivering beverages and meals with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include clearing tables, removing soiled items, and providing attentive service while working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience is helpful.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.
