Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience is helpful.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up side station and perform side work as assigned.
• Set up banquet room per the Banquet Event Order (BEO).
• Provide excellent service and attention to all guests.
• Serve beverages and meals according to standards.
• Remove soiled plates and glassware; clear tables.
• Perform clean up as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
