Job summary

Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa/Short Pump is seeking a Banquet Server to ensure guests receive top-quality service in our Food & Beverage outlets. The position supports setup, service, and cleanup for banquet events.

You will work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, providing beverages and meals to guests with attention to standards. Ideal candidates will have banquet/restaurant experience, strong guest-service skills, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience is helpful.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up side station and perform side work as assigned
• Set up banquet room per the Banquet Event Order (BEO)
• Provide excellent service and attention to all guests
• Serve beverages and meals according to standards
• Remove soiled plates and glassware
• Clear tables
• Perform clean up as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned
