Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality or food & beverage setting.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to set up banquet spaces per BEO and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up side station and perform side work as assigned
• Set up banquet room per the Banquet Event Order (BEO)
• Provide excellent service and attention to all guests
• Serve beverages and meals according to standards
• Remove soiled plates and glassware
• Clear tables
• Perform clean up as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned
