Responsibilities

1. Receive room function assignments from the Banquet Captain.
2. Set up dining and buffet areas creatively and according to standards.
3. Ensure proper table settings and service etiquette.
4. Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and a comfortable atmosphere.
5. Handle equipment securely and notify the captain of shortages or repairs.
6. Maintain cleanliness of all banquet areas and equipment.
7. Assist with guest requests and report incidents or accidents promptly.
8. Follow energy conservation and loss prevention guidelines.
9. Adhere to all policies and perform duties professionally and courteously.

Qualifications
