Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, CA is seeking a Banquet Server to support the Banquet Department across buffets, plated meals, receptions and breaks.

You will set up tables, assist guests, buss and clear, stock food and beverage, and keep storage areas clean. Must be able to lift 8-10 plates and work nights, weekends, and holidays. A HS diploma/GED and 1 year of related experience are required; valid gaming license, Food Handler, and Tips certificates may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and short correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables and side stations with necessary tools (silverware, plates, napkins, condiments).
• Lift and carry 8-10 plates on trays.
• Interact with guests and fulfill requests.
• Buss and clear debris, clear dishes and silverware.
• Stock and organize food and beverages; maintain storage and prep areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of coffee rooms and equipment.
