Qualifications

• EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: A High School diploma or GED and at least one year relative experience.
• COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Read, comprehend instructions, and write simple correspondence.
• PHYSICAL ABILITIES: Able to lift 8–10 plates and perform a very physical workload.
• CUSTOMER SERVICE: Strong guest-service orientation and ability to assist guests.
• LICENSES: May require a Class A gaming license and Food Handlers Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables and side stations with utensils, plates, and service items.
• Lift trays carrying 8-10 plates on them.
• Converse with guests to fulfill requests to the best of ability.
• Bus and clear debris, dirty dishes, and glassware.
• Stock and store all food and beverage items in proper places.
• Clean and maintain cleanliness of storage and coffee rooms.
• Maintain coffee urns and iced tea machines.
• Other duties as assigned.
